By using the Platform, you confirm that you are an authorized staff member, contractor, or representative of JRB TECH, and that you understand and agree to these terms. 2. Purpose of the Platform The Platform is developed to help JRB TECH manage and monitor: Inventory and product records Stock levels and movement tracking Procurement and logistics operations Staff and departmental performance data Analytical and management reports The system is intended strictly for official use by authorized personnel. Unauthorized access or non-business use is prohibited. 3. User Responsibilities Each user of the Platform agrees to: Access the system only with valid and approved credentials. Keep their login details confidential and never share them. Ensure that all information entered is accurate, current, and verifiable. Log out after use and safeguard company data at all times. Immediately report suspicious activity or technical issues to the IT Department. All user actions within the Platform are logged for transparency and accountability. 4. Data Confidentiality and Protection All information stored or processed on the Platform — including inventory data, financial records, and employee details — remains the exclusive property of JRB TECH. Users are expected to: Maintain strict confidentiality of company data. Refrain from exporting or sharing data with any third party without written approval. Comply with JRB TECH’s data protection and cybersecurity policies. Understand that data misuse or breach may lead to disciplinary or legal action. 5. Access Control and Termination JRB TECH reserves the right to: Suspend or revoke access for any user who violates these terms. Modify, restrict, or expand user roles and permissions when necessary. Temporarily disable access during system maintenance or security updates. Access to the Platform is a privilege granted by the company and not an entitlement. 6. Intellectual Property Rights All design, software, documentation, and materials related to this Platform are owned by JRB TECH Investment Limited. No part of the system may be copied, distributed, modified, or reverse-engineered without written permission from management. 7. System Availability and Maintenance JRB TECH strives to ensure consistent and secure system performance. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to: Scheduled maintenance or upgrades Network downtime Server-related issues or third-party dependencies JRB TECH will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by such interruptions. 8. Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JRB TECH shall not be responsible for: Data loss due to user negligence or error Unauthorized access caused by password sharing or weak credentials Financial or operational losses resulting from inaccurate data entries Users are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and security during use. 9.
